Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be requested first before sending anything back. Items sent to us without submitting a return request will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days (4 weeks) from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly. The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return request, and once it is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
